Positioning: If you sell a product, you still have to be credible, and unless price is the only factor, you probably have built a relationship.

Social media helps us with these things, but let us remember that direct contact may be necessary, and connection by phone, Zoom or face-to-face is what we are focusing on here.

Supporting all this is a mindset; unless you are a practitioner of sales, you, like me, may have forgotten what you know and did. This is typically what happens on a sales floor when the most successful suddenly have a dip.
