Hello, I'm Karl Pearsall
My life has brought me into contact with some profound knowledge and special people whom I have been able to connect with and platform at events and online. I've learnt so much. I have created this business to provide a way to make greater individual connections for us all. I have always been a catalyst myself, and when I see another, I want to help them help you.
My Story
Making introductions and connecting the dots between people since I can remember. I was coaching before I heard of it. However, I prefer to be a 'catalyst'.
I began as an entrepreneur in my late teens after a strong work ethic at school, taking lots of jobs, from working on markets to retail stacking shelves. I wouldn't say I liked my first 'real' job at 16.
I knew there was more. Going out and having fun, I was social and put on events, I was a promoter, so I was told, and it has stuck. Holding local events for the in-crowd, I became London's most successful nightclub promoter from 1990-1991. That is defined by me based on footfall and money!
I also was the first promoter of the Ministry of Sound - However, I would have been better off buying shares.
Over the last 30 years, I have promoted personal development, mainly through The YES Group - worldwide. I travelled to some of the chapters in the UK and abroad (there have been about 50 in total), and I spoke to hundreds of people myself in Sweden and Slovenia.
During that time, I became an author of 'The Power of Masterminding' and built the model, trademarking it and then putting it into Creative Commons.
Both as a nightclub promoter and promoter of personal development, I spotted talent and platformed people as DJs and professional speakers.
My business, Orginal Thing, is an apple off the promoter tree, having bought a lot of merchandise at my club, The Crazy Club. Today I serve my corporate customers, and you can check out my customer list here.
